On Saturday, Econew had the pleasure of welcoming students from the technical administration program at Cesec Maximiliano Gaidzinski, part of the Pronatec initiative, for a visit to our industrial facility.
Guided by Pedro Perim (Industrial Director) and Patrick Silva (Controller), the students learned about Econew’s mission and values, and explored key topics such as:
Biochar production: from biomass sourcing to field application, including risk analysis, quality control, and data monitoring.
Carbon credit generation, the CO₂ cycle, the greenhouse effect, and the importance of environmental preservation.
An overview of our hardwood charcoal briquette production.
