Following production, the team moved to the in-house laboratory. As a post-production validation step, the lab serves as the final gatekeeper of quality. The immersion concluded with a practical demonstration of Econew’s briquettes in a grilling environment. While still an emerging category in Brazil, briquettes are the established standard in the US and Europe. The training highlighted the technical advantages for Food Service and Retail:
